Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 15 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at support@yaablingstudio.com to request a return authorization.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions via email.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health or personal care products

To complete your return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, games, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your item.
We’ll also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed within several business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to officially appear.
  3. Contact your bank — there’s often a processing delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support@yaablingstudio.com first, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Once your return request has been approved, please send the item to the address provided in our email instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged or replacement item to reach you may vary.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
